This is a good day to chat.

The daughter "gifted" to me many years ago by a generous Kenyan family, turned middle age today. Wow! She was 10 when her family decided in true cultural generosity to share a vivacious child with a single woman who looked in no hurry to marry. And I wasn't!!

This is the month of lovers of all types and I wish all of you happiness now and always, particularly the struggling writers of the world. I hope you are as content with the people you love as I am with the people who let me love them.

We are all snowed in here in Oklahoma, but that just gives me working time. Land posting will need to wait a few days. If you are snowed in too, hear the message of nature, pause, and enjoy the moments where you are with whomever you are with. Mattie
