MOVING BEYOND MEDIATION: The Conflict Partnership Catalyst Process and the LIFESKILLS. " The Conflict Partnership Catalyst Process (CPC Process) is an innovative and comprehensive approach interveners can use to empower conflict parties to understand and resolve their conflicts effectively.  Interveners who use the Process are known as Conflict Partnership Catalysts, or CPCs... It is important to note that the CPC Process can be used by two different types of interveners.   There are trained Professional Interveners, people who work as mediators, arbitrators, judges, and/or counselors.  There are also what I call Volunteer Interveners, people with little or no formal training who find themselves in situations where parties in conflict want and/or need assistance."
